Delighted with friendly staff, birthday cake, and drop-off service. Huge property with golf buggies. Astonishing view of Salak Mountain. Camp standard for family fun.

Had an amazing Christmas at the hotel! Loved the fresh mountain air and had a great time playing pool and table tennis. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filled me up for the day. The location was also great, only a short drive away from attractions.
The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked, and the staff were not very responsive to my requests. It was a bit disappointing that there were no other dining options nearby, as I did not enjoy the food at the hotel restaurant.

The location of the hotel offers stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. the restaurant serves decent food with a variety of options, while the kids' playground has a range of engaging activities. the superior camp has comfortable beds and provides necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
The service at the hotel leaves much to be desired and can be disappointing.

We loved the hotel's location near the mountain as it provided a stunning view of the surroundings. The cleanliness of the superior camp was impressive, and the kids' playground area was perfect for our little ones. We also appreciated the easy transportation provided by the hotel buggies. Lastly, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

The Easter decorations were cute and festive. the staff members were friendly and accommodating.
The room was dark and musty with old, worn-out furniture. the bathroom had a leaking shower and poor ventilation causing the mirror to fog up.
